'...the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us the undersigned, George Whalley and John Wood, trading under the firm of Whalley and Wood, as Washing Machine Makers, at Parker-street Iron Works, in Keighley, in the county of York, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
