Partnership of Thomas Wharrie, Francis Steel Colledge and James Brand.

1897 THE Firm of WHARRIE, COLLEDGE, & BRAND, Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers, 109 Bath Street, Glasgow, of which the Subscribers were the sole Partners, has been DISSOLVED of mutual consent, as at 30th April 1897. The Subscriber Francis Steel Colledge has acquired the whole assets of the dissolved Firm, and will carry on business for his own behoof at the above address under the Company designation of WHARRIE & COLLEDGE. He will pay all debts due by, and uplift and discharge all debts due to, the said Firm. The Subscriber James Brand will carry on business for his own behoof at 65 Bath Street, Glasgow.[1]
