In 1904 Wheel Kitty and Penhalls Mine joined forces to become Penhalls United.

1906 The company was registered on 12 October, to acquire the Wheel Kitty and Penhalls tin mines, comprising about 400 acres, situated in the parish of St. Agnes, Cornwall. [1]
