1914 Manufacturers of steel, saws, files etc. Specialities: crucible cast steel of all descriptions and tempers, adapted for all purposes; machine knives and irons, plane irons and cutters for woodworking, veneer cutting, paper, tobacco and other machinery, saw makers' tools. [1]
The former factory is now part of Kelham Island Museum and houses the Ken Hawley tool collection
