1911 Residing at 4 Vernon Chambers, Southampton Road, London: Wilfrid Airy (age 74 born Greenwich), Civil Engineer (and widower). With his daughter Anna Airy.[1]
1925 October 08th. Died and buried at Playford, Suffolk. 'The death occurred on Thursday, at Playford, near Ipswich, of Mr. Wilfrid Airy, eldest son of the Sir G. B. Airy, Astronomer Royal, and brother of the late Miss C. Airy for many years a member of Greenwich Board of Guardians.'[2] Memorial stone exists.
