'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Carne Wilkinson and William Webber Saunders, of the city of Exeter, Wine and Spirit Merchants, trading under the style or firm of Wilkinson and Saunders, was dissolved, by mutual consent, on or from Wednesday, the 1st day of October instant.
