1881 Whessoe Foundry Co built a railway engine for William Boby and Son.
1924 William Boby and Co of Brookfield House, 62-64, Brook-street, Hanover-square. By arrangement with Joseph Crosfield and Sons, they were appointed sole agents for the firm's "Doucil" base-exchange water softening material.[1]
1968 Supplied water treatment plant for the Winfrith power station [2]
1967 William Boby and Co was acquired by G. and J. Weir[3]
