1911 Living at Beechworth Lodge, Hales Road, Cheltenham: William E. F. Handcock (age 52 born Cheltenham), Retired on pension - P.W.D. India. With his wife Eleanor M. Handcock and son Richards f. Handcock.[1]

1943 Died. 'William Erskine Fraser Handcock, of Loudon, Painswick-road, Cheltenham, late P.W.D., India, who died on April 5 last, aged 84 years'[2]
