Nominal capital £30,000 in £1 shares. Permanent directors: E. N. Woodhouse. Cranley, Hagley-road. Pedmore, Stourbridge; H. B. Woodhouse, Beaupre. Whitehall-road. Old-swinford: A. N. Woodhouse.
