1968 Structural engineers, of Weston Street Steelworks, Bolton, and Tyldesley - see Hare Structural Engineers

2000 HQ moved to Bury. Offices and factories in various countries.

2003 Joint venture in FABSEC with Severfield, Tata Steel and Sherwin Williams. Later that year Cellbeam was established to best utilise the Group's FABSEC licence, located in Wetherby at the former Westbury Tubular Structure facility.

2020 Producing steelwork for Hinkley Point 'C' nuclear power station at new factory in Risca, south Wales.
