Sir William James Bull, 1st Baronet, PC (29 September 1863 – 23 January 1931) was an English solicitor and Conservative politician.

Is a partner in the Thornycroft Steam Wagon Company. Is Parliamentary secretary to Mr. Walter Long, President of the Local Government Board. Was a member of the Departmental Committee appointed to enquire into the subject of Highway Authorities and Administration in England and Wales which sat in 1903.
