1853 William Lewis's business was established; he proclaimed himself to be the oldest maker in the trade.

1877 Presumably the same as William Stanley Lewis

1884 Made the Condor tricycle with 2 large driving wheels and a small steering wheel at the front

1886 Died. '...persons having claims against William Lewis, late of Tempest-street, Wolverhampton, Bicycle and Tricycle Manufacturer, deceased, are requested to send particulars thereof forthwith...'[1]
