WILLIAM MACE died at his residence in Stockton-on-Tees on October 8, 1908, in his sixty-fifth year.

He was for nearly forty years in business with Mr. C. P. Sandberg, and was prominently connected with rail makers.

He was elected a member of the Iron and Steel Institute in 1903.
