1902 Became a limited company

1965 Became part of the Amalgamated Metal Corporation

1973 Acquired some of the assets of Henry Gardner in Cradley Heath

2012 Automated CNC shearing equipment for metal cathode processing

2017 Added speciality revert alloys to the product portfolio.

2019 Added a complimentary range of solder products for industrial and electronic applications

2020 William Rowland broadens its product offering and service by acquiring E. F. Westaway, a specialist in chemical finishing processes for metal components serving industries like aerospace and defence.
