1847 Dissolution of the Partnership between William Scholefield, Charles Geach, and Samuel Beale, as Iron Masters, at the Park Gate Ironworks, in the county of York, under the style or firm of William Scholefield and Company. The business will in future be carried on by the said Charles Geach and Samuel Beale, under the style or firm of Saml. Beale and Co.[1].

1849 William Scholefield and Co of Parkgate and William Oxley and Co of Parkgate were listed under Steel Converters. William Scholefield and Co of Rawmarsh were listed as iron and steel manufacturers[2]
