Stevens (age 16 born Wednesfield), Fitter Machine; Lily Stevens (age 14 born Wolverhampton); Ethel Stevens (age 12 born Wolverhampton); Daisy Stevens (age 10 born Wolverhampton); and William Stevens (age 7 born Wolverhampton).[1]
