Inspector of Machinery William Thomas Henry Bills, R.N., retired, died on Sunday at St. Margarets, Richmond-road, Southsea, aged 58 years. He served in the Inexplicable at the bombardment of Alexandra in 1882, and during tho Egyptian campaign, for his services in which be was promoted to the rank of chief engineer.
