1851 Living at 312 Regent Street, Marylebone (age 30 born Downham, Norfolk), a Silversmith. With his wife Elizabeth (age 36 born Birmingham) and four daughters and a Son, William. [4]
1856 January: William Tingey of Tottenham Court Road, a Warehouseman, declared bankrupt [5]
1856 November: The certificate of bankruptcy was suspended for 12 months and then would be allowed of the third class; Tingey was by then also of Richmond, in the county of Surrey, and also of Portland-terrace, Notting-hill, in the said county of Middlesex, Baker, Dealer and Chapman[6]
