'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between William Travers and me the undersigned, Alexander Robert Macbeth, carrying on business as Bicycle and Tricycle Manufacturers' Agents and General Machinists, at No. 3A, York-terrace, Clapham-road, in the county of Surrey, and 19B, High street, Clapham-road aforesaid, under the style or firm of William Travers and Coy., has been dissolved...'[1]
