1807 Born at Exeter the son of William Hooper and his wife Mary.
1833 William Wills Hooper of 32 Panton Street, Haymarket, a Builder, became a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.[1]
1834 Married at Paddington to Helen Anderson
1851 Mayor of Exeter.[2]
1851 Living at 3 The Crescent, Mount Radford, Exeter: William W. Hooper (age 43 born Exeter), Mayer and House proprietor. With his wife Helen and four children.[3]
1852 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership subsisting between William Hooper, Henry Hooper, and William Wills Hooper, of the city of Exeter, Builders and Surveyors, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent...'[4]
1861 Living at Northbrook House, Topsham, Exeter: William W. Hooper (age 53 born Exeter), Magistrate. With his wife Helen and two sons.[5]
1873 Concerning his estate. Formerly of Northbrook, in the parish of Topsham, in the County of Devon, but late of St. David's Hill.[6]
