Distillers and wine merchants, 131 Seagate, Dundee, and Glen Coull Distillery

1864 This was the accepted date of establishment of the business.

1899 George Willsher, in partnership with George Duncan, had established the Glen Coull Distillery Company but the partnership proved short-lived and Willsher carried on the business on his own.[1]

1908 George Willsher and Son Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to purchase and acquire the whole property and assets of George Willsher and Son, wine and spirit merchants, maltsters, and distillers.[2]

Proprietors of Black Bull blended scotch whisky.

1912 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
