'...the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by Arthur Wilson, John James Palmer, and Harold Hill Day, under the firm of Wilson, Day, and Company, at Croft-street, Walsall, in the county of Stafford, in the trade or business of Manufacturing Engineers and Brass and Iron Founders, was this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as concerns the said Harold Hill Day....'[1]
