Bankrupt's Estate.— Free from Duty.— Valuable Screw Bolt Manufactory, and Machine Shop, situate in Paradise,[!] in Saiford.
By Mr. FISHER, by order of the assignees of Messieurs Wilson and Briddon, bankrupts, .... all that PLOT of LAND, situate in Paradise, Salford, bounded on the northerly end by one half of Starkey-street, on the Southerly end by one half of Queen-street, on the easterly side one half of Rolla-strcet, and on the westerly side by Paradise-street, and containing on the northerly end, including three yards into Rolla-street aforesaid, eleven yards and four inches, the easterly side, including four yards into Queen-street, fifty-four yards and eighteen inches, on the said southerly end, including three yards into Rolla-street, twelve yards and fifteen inches, and on the said westerly side, including four yards wide into both Queen-street and Starkey-street. fifty-three yards and fifteen inches, and in the whole 594 5-9ths superficial square yards of land or thereabouts, be the same more or less. And also all that very excellent Screw Bolt Manufactory and Machine Shop, erected and standing and being upon the said plot of land, and larely occupied by the said Messrs. Wilson and Briddon. ....'[1]
