1810 Partnership change. '...Ralph Shuttleworth and Richard Shuttleworth, both of Rochdale, in the County of Lancaster, and Nicholas Whitworth and William Whitworth, now or late of Manchester, in the said County, trading as Colliers, under the Style and Firm of the Proprietors of the Woodfall Colliery, at Scholfield-Hall, Syke, and Clegswood, all in the Parish of Rochdale aforesaid, or elsewhere, was this Day dissolved by mutual Consent. All Debts due and owing to and fioni thesaid Concern will be paid and received by the said Nicholas Whitworth and William Whitworth....[1]
