1904 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between I, the undersigned, Walter Edward Wort and Charles Hyde Beadle, carrying on business as Consulting Engineers and Naval Architects, at Artie Chambers, Cowes, Isle of Wight, under the style or firm of "WORT AND BEADLE," has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the twenty-fourth day of June. 1904. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Charles Hyde Beadle and Alfred Johnson Newman, trading as "Wort and Beadle"...'[1]
1905 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Charles Hyde Beadle and Alfred Johnson Newman, carrying on business as Naval Architects and Consulting Engineers, at Artie-chambers, Artie-road, Cowes, in the Isle of Wight, under the style or firm of "WORT AND BEADLE," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of December last. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Alfred Johnson Newman, who will continue the said business under the style of "A. J. Newman and Co."...'[2]
