c.1887 Business established by Joseph Wright (1826-1893)

1888 Joseph's brother, William Wright (1836-1903), became manager of the company.

Designed condensers, heaters and combined heater, evaporator and condenser under the Berryman feed-water heater patent.[1]

c.1890 Joseph's son, Howard Theophilus Wright, became a manager in the business

1893 Howard became a partner and, after the death of his father, sole partner.
