1860 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, James Yates and Mary Birch, as the devisee under the will of the late Thomas Rawlins Birch, deceased, carrying; on business under the firm of Yates and Birch, as Pewterers' and Plumbers' Brass founders, in Coleshill-street, in Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, was dissolved by effluxion of time, on the 31st day of January instant. All debts due to or from the said late firm, will be received and paid by the said James Yates, by whom the said business will henceforth be carried on...'[1]
