1957 Company formed by Mr York Noble to handle world concession of the Nobel "200," bubble car. The car was produced for the company by Short Brothers and Harland Ltd., in conjunction with the Bristol Aeroplane Co Ltd., who manufacture the car's glass-fibre body.

1969 York Noble Group was removed from the register of companies[1]
