Yorkshire Automobile Club

Originally formed at a meeting held at the Great Northern Hotel in January 1900. Attendees at that meeting were Mr. Cheswright and C. Johnson and many Yorkshire Motorists.
Club matters were held over until after the 1900 One Thousand Mile Trial held in May, when a Provincial Committee was formed consisting of:
- Dr. Farrow
- A. W. Dougill
- C. Korte
- J. E. Tuke
- R. Winn
- A. I. Greenwood as Secretary
- L. Hey as Treasurer
At a general meeting the following were elected:
- President
- Vice-Presidents
