1881 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Young, Henry Young, and Robert John Burt, carrying on the business of Warehousemen and Commission Agents, at No. 17, Watling-street, in the city of London, under the firm or style of Young, Son, and Co., has been this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said John Young. All debts will be received and paid by the said Henry Young and Robert John Burt, who will continue to carry on the business under the style or firm of Young, Burt, and Co...'[1]
1892 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Henry Young and Robert John Burt, as General Merchants and Warehousemen, under the firm of Young, Burt, and Co., at 17, Watling-street, in the city of London, and at Bradford in Yorkshire, terminated by effluxion of time as at 19th of December, l892. Mr. Young retires from the business, which will in future be continued by Mr. Burt, under the firm of Robert Burt and Co.; Mr. Burt will receive all moneys and discharge all liabilities...'[2]
