1879 “Aqueous Works and Diamond Rock-Boring Company (Limited). —Capital £300,000 in shares of £5. To acquire by purchase or otherwise the business, patent rights, inventions, and benefit of the contracts end agreements entered into by the Diamond Rock-Boring Company (Limited), and to carry out all such contracts and agreements, and to indemnify the said company against all liability in respect thereof.
