1889 'The Registrar made a receiving order under a petition presented against George Forman, of Cadogan Ironworks, Pool's-lane, Chelsea, and Upper Phillimore-place, Kensington. The assets are considerable, comprising plant and machinery to the value of about 2000/. and other property.'[3]
