1922 Capital £20,000. Employees: 100. Directors: R. D. Fairclough, M.I.E.E., I. Lytheer, J. A. Pearn, G. W. T. Jesson, M.B.E., A.M.I.Mech.E. Manufactures.—Direct-current dynamos and motors; Hartnell governors for all prime movers. Speciality.—Textile, colliery and other electrification work.
