1959 Part of the Automotive Products Group[1]. The Aircraft Division was moved from Leamington to Speke airport, Liverpool, under the name Lockheed Precision Products.

1969 received orders for hydraulic controls for ships being built in various countries.
1970 The marine division received orders for hydraulic control equipment for 6 bulk carriers being built in Yugoslavia[3]. The aircraft division received order for hydraulic equipment for the Chieftain bridgelayer[4]
1972 Received orders for hydraulics for the undercarriage of 8 Nimrod aircraft, and undercarriage equipment for Bulldog trainers ordered by the RAF[5]
