A consortium formed to set up and run Harlech Television
1967 Acquired the studios of T. W. W. in Cardiff and Bristol when it took over the independent television contract for Wales and the West of England[1]
1968 Paid for T. W. W. the remaining 5 months of its contract[2]
Later named HTV Group
