1918 Became Ormerod Tool Company.
1931 Became a subsidiary of Kitchen and Wade and was renamed Ormerod Shapers Ltd.
Later taken over by Asquith Machine Tool Corporation, who in turn were taken over by Staveley Industries
1967 The factory was closed.
