FRANK HORACE LUMISDEN STRANGE spent practically the whole of his professional career in India. He received his general education at Trent College and his technical instruction at the City and Guilds Central College. FRANK HORACE LUMISDEN STRANGE spent practically the whole of his professional career in India. He received his general education at Trent College and his technical instruction at the City and Guilds Central College.
