Flight-Sergeant ERIC MORGAN was born in 1910, and educated at Pannal Ash College, Harrogate, and Leeds Technical College. He served his apprenticeship with the Hunslet Engine Company from 1929 to 1932, at the conclusion of which he became assistant to the production engineer.
