ALEXANDER GOLDIE ENGHOLM whose death occurred at Birmingham on 27th October 1942, in his seventieth year, was elected an Associate Member of the Institution in 1905 and was a very active member of the Midland Branch and well known in Birmingham engineering circles. ALEXANDER GOLDIE ENGHOLM whose death occurred at Birmingham on 27th October 1942, in his seventieth year, was elected an Associate Member of the Institution in 1905 and was a very active member of the Midland Branch and well known in Birmingham engineering circles. He was also an Associate Member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers.
After a two years' course of study at King's College, London, Mr. Engholm served his apprenticeship from 1893 to 1897 with Messrs. R. W.
