After suffering imprisonment at the hands of the Russians for two years he saw service with the Polish Forces under British Command in Persia, Iraq, Palestine, Egypt, and Italy. In 1947 he was appointed assistant lecturer at the Polish University College in London, but subsequently he went to South America, where his death occurred shortly afterwards at Buenos Aires on 22nd September 1949. "MIROSLAW KWASIEBORSKI, who was born in Poland in 1901, spent nearly the whole of his engineering career in his native country. He was educated at the Technical University in Warsaw, where he obtained the Diploma of Engineering.
