John Horace Fry (1876-1967) , F.R.G.S., F.Z.S., M.Inst. Met., Metallurgist of Frys Metal Foundries
1876 Born son of Thomas Henry Fry and his wife Emily
Educated at Eastbourne College.
Trained at Goldsmith's College and the Northampton Institute.
1894 Joined Hallett and Fry, Antimony Smelters and Refiners, Rotherhithe
Served in South Africa Campaign in Sussex Yeomanry.
1911 Antimony refiner, living in Lewisham with Nancy Louisa Fry 28[1]
1912 Left Hallett and Fry
1912 Founded Fry's Metal Foundry (sic), Blackfriars, which later had branches at Manchester, Bristol, Dublin and Glasgow.
1967 Died in London[2]
