1904 Established Ford's first British agency - the Central Motor Car Co - in Long Acre, London. Percival Perry joined the company as a minority shareholder in 1905, and after Blakiston's departure became managing director in 1906.
1904 'Aubrey Blakiston, 5, Grosvenor-street, London, was summoned for driving a motor car Nateley Scures at a speed exceeding twenty miles an hour, and also for failing to produce his licence.'[2]
1908 'Aubrey Blakiston, of the Castle, St Helen's, was charged with having driven a motor-car in a manner dangerous to the public...stated that he had driven motor-cars ever since the passing of the 1896 Act...'[3]
1935 March 10th. Died. Buried at St Ouen, Jersey.
