1913 Donald Fisher Limited was incorporated as a private limited company, with capital of £25,000, to acquire and carry on the business of Donald Fisher.[1]
1921 The company went into voluntary liquidation. A note indicated that the wholesale business would be continued by a new company registered under the same name.[2] Donald Fisher Limited was therefore incorporated as a private limited company, with capital of £5,000, to carry on the business of whisky merchants, brewers, distillers etc.[3]
