1810 Jonathan Hayne went into partnership with Thomas Wallis Junior at 16 Red Lion Street, Clerkenwell.
1821 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, is this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that in future the business will be carried on by the undersigned Jonathan Hayne, on his own account, who is to receive all debts due to the late firm of Wallis and Hayne...signed Thomas Wallis, Jonathan Hayne'[1]
