1975 May. Triton (Aquatherm) Ltd was incorporated. Initially manufactured one type of shower in a garage in Atherstone, Warwickshire.

1979 Moved from Atherstone to Nuneaton

Became Triton Showers Ltd

1986 Subsidiaries of Triton Aquatherm Ltd were Florida Plastics Ltd and Bermuda Showers Ltd[1]. Triton (Aquatherm) was renamed Triton Plc.
