Their next plant was for Colchester, for a daily output, of 300,000 cubic feet. The Birmingham Corporation gave thorn their next order for plant at the Windsor-street Gas Works, where Mr. Charles Hunt is engineer, and the other at the Saltley Works, where Mr. Henry Hack is engineer. These two plants at Birmingham have a daily maximum capacity of five million cubic feel. The corporation have since placed an order for doubling this plant, so that soon Birmingham will be able to make daily 10 million cubic feet of carburetted water gas.
