Vim is the name of a range of household cleaning products produced by Lever Brothers.
1904 Vim scouring powder, one of the first products created by William Hesketh Lever, first appeared and was produced at Port Sunlight near Liverpool, England.
1933 The name Vim remained solely associated with the scouring powder until this year when a range of associated products was released.
