1841 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership carried on between William Newton and Miles Berry, under the firm of Newton, Son, and Berry, as Patent Agents, Land Surveyors, Mechanical Draftsmen, and Civil Engineers, at No 66, Chancery-lane, Holborn, in the county of Middlesex, and also at Town-hall-buildings, Manchester, in the county of Lancaster, was this day dissolved by mutual consent...'[2]
