MARMADUKE WARDLOW died on October 5, 1922, at the age of fifty-eight.
He was head of the firm of S. and C. Wardlow, crucible steel manufacturers of Portobello Steelworks, Sheffield, and Congress Works, Oughtibridge.
He was the only son of the late Mr. Charles Wardlow, who with his brother Samuel founded the firm in 1883.
