Albert Iron and Brass Foundry of the Shilhay, Commercial Road, Exeter

1869 15th March. Partnership of Heard, Seager and Stevens dissolved

1869 2nd April. Auction of the equipment of the foundry [1]

1869 6th August. Auction of 7hp portable steam engine, a steam threshing machine and a weigh bridge. [2]

1870 25th May. Willey and Ford announce that they have moved their business from Bartholomew Street to the Albert Foundry and now have an Engineering, Gas meter and Gas fitting departments. [3]
